结构特征

分切机是针对卫生水刺无纺布设计的专用分切机，与疵点检测仪协同工作，自动根据就点卷长位置， 自动停止在疵点位置，方便操作员快速别除疵点。采用适合水刺无纺布特性的张力控制算法，能效  解决分切机加减出、开停过程中造成卷端面不平问题。采用伺服驱动控制，可在根质理度F运行，

不停机剔除疵点。

The slitting machine is a special slittig machine designed for sanitar y spunlace non-woven fabric. It works in coordination with the defect detection instrument, and automatically stops at the defect position according to the point length,

so as to facilitate the operator to quickly remove the defect. The tension control algorithm suitable for the characteristics of spunlace non-woven fabric is adopted to solve the problem of unevenness at the end of winding caused by adding, subtracting, opening and stopping of the cutter. Ser vo drive control, can run in the root quality F, without stopping the defect.
